Shannon Stewart
AdministratorShannon joined the team in 2011. She has worked in long term care for many years, working from CNA, to LPN, and further advancing her career as an RN. She received her Bachelors degree in Nursing from Mountain State University. Shannon is dedicated to ensuring our patients well-being and clinical needs are met during their stay at our center. She believes in exceptional customer service and considers our patients and their families her number one priority.
Keith Sexton
AdministratorKeith received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lee College in Cleveland, TN. Keith has over 32 years experience in health care administration and has been with the Company since 2007. His compassion and management skills are assets to the center. He is committed to improving our patients quality of care and well being. He is dedicated to customer service and staff satisfaction resulting in a positive work ethic as well as enhancing every patient and family experience.
Mustafa Rahim MD, FACP, FASPC

Cindy Farrell
Director of Marketing and AdmissionsCindy joined Genesis Healthcare in 1999. She has held several jobs at the center including Receptionist, Human Resources, Business Office Manager and now Director or Marketing and Admissions. She enjoys developing relationships with patients and families and is dedicated to ensuring they have a positive experience during their stay at the center.
Denise Spaulding
Rehabilitation Program ManagerDenise has 10 years of experience with as a Program Manager and a Physical Therapy Assistant with the Company. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Charleston. The majority of Denise's professional experience is in the skilled nursing setting and some in outpatient therapy settings.

"I feel the rehabilitation department is excellent at the center. I had a total knee replacement and received physical and occupational therapies. I was able to make continued progress with the rehab department. This progress allowed me to return to my private home and live independently. I continued my rehab as an outpatient at this facility as well."
